2025 Harley Breakout retains its muscular look, they didn’t invent much things but have fine tuned many things. Here’s what’s updated:

Ride Modes Now Available

Best upgrade in 2025 Harley Davidson Breakout is the addition of ride modes.

• Rain Mode: First mode is rain mode useful to maintain throttle and improves up traction control for slippery conditions.
• Sport Mode: this mode has much improved performance, throttle feels very sharp and enhanced response for quick acceleration.
• Road Mode: this mode is optimized for daily driving.

Upgraded Electronics and Safety Features

2025 Harley Davidson Breakout now has 6-axis IMU (Inertial Measurement Unit), it was previously in Harley’s touring lineup but it is now in given in this bike. in 2025 model Harley introduced supercharges traction control, cornering ABS, and overall stability.

• No Hill Hold Control (a Touring bike feature).
• No Linked Braking (mostly due to the Brembo brake setups on Touring bikes).

Subtle but Significant Tweaks

All-LED Lighting

Revised Instrumentation

New speedometer setup has been redesigned, previously it was small LCD-only display but it is now a traditional analog tachometer with a smaller LCD for digital info.

Suspension Updates

I recommend you to take a test drive to check it’s impressive suspension performance. In 2025 model, Harley switched to a straight-rate spring suspension. In my test drive i felt smoother ride on big bumps and freeway joints. I also have to admit that it has much improved suspension and ride quality than 2024 model.

Additionally, the old preload adjuster knob is removed. so, you have to remove seat to tweak preload settings. But this gives a cleaner and improved bike look.

Powertrain

2025 Harley Davidson Breakout features revised Milwaukee-Eight 117 which now has center cooled heads for improved thermal efficiency. this has also improved the responsiveness of throttle specially in sport mode. Overall, this engine feels very smooth as compared to 2024 model.

Design and Aesthetic Changes

New Headlight

For 2025 model Harley has dropped it’s previous years LiveWire-style headlamp for a 5.75″ more traditional round headlight which i personally feel gives an hopper-inspired front end look. at first you might miss it’s eyebrows but later you will love this unique new design.

Triple Tree and Finishes

2025 Harley Breakout features triple trees in chrome which was black in previous models. Also, new air cleaner design is changed for better leg clearance which i feel give clear driving vision.

Wheels and Tires

There are no changes in wheels and tires, it retains its 21-inch roulette-style front wheel and massive 240mm rear tire. this setup complete it’s drag-race ready posture which is a unique selling point in the 2025 Harley Breakout.
