First Impression
Let’s talk about my first impression, Not going to lie or overhype this Harley but when i first saw 2025 Harley-Davidson Street Bob it was in new standard color Billiard Gray paint it really felt eye-catching to me. Later the dealer showed me optional Centerline Yellow which i think has more vibrant twist than those traditional colors. Great part is this model is priced at $17,199 and it’s most affordable Softail cruiser from Harley.
Design and Aesthetics
2025 Street Bob features mini-ape handlebars and a chopped rear fender which gives it an minimalistic look. Harley market it as an chrome package but its majorly blacked out, with polished engine covers and chrome exhaust tips.
I personally like new 2-into-1 exhaust system which not only improves performance which we will talk in the later part of this post but also gives this motorcycle an cleaner look.
Performance Upgrades
The all new 2025 Street Bob maintains perfect balance between power and design. Upgraded Milwaukee-Eight 117 Classic engine is capable of producing 98 horsepower at 4,600 rpm and 120 lb-ft of torque at 2,500 rpm.
Sport, Road, and Rain ride modes are now introduced to make it more balance to ride in different conditions. Additionally, i have noticed the inclusion of cornering ABS, traction control, and cruise control definitely improved both safety and comfort.
Instrumentation and Controls
Let’s talk about my favorite part, New 4-inch analog speedometer shows lots of information including gear position, fuel level, ride modes, and tire pressure monitoring system.
I like its new switchgear, new controls on steering like separated turn signals and integrated cruise control buttons makes it more practical.
Comfort and Ergonomics
2025 Harley-Davidson Street Bob 114 is designed for comfort and ergonomics. Seat height of 26.8 inches and a weight of 646 lbs makes it perfect for long rides. I like its mid-mounted foot controls, they gives balanced ride position. Company provided stock seats are great for short trips but if you are going on long trip then i recommend you to check out more cushioned seats.
Wheels and Suspension
Equipped with 19-inch front and 16-inch rear cast aluminum wheels 2025 Harley-Davidson Street Bob 114 is built for tough roads. Optional laced wheels that are tubeless can also improve reliability. The suspension has been refined with straight-rate springs, during my ride test i felt very smoother riding and better overall handling.
Verdict
From me it’s a thumbs up for 2025 Harley-Davidson Street Bob 114, it offers smoothest ride with eye-catching design. Affordable $17k cost with features like ride modes, traction control and cruise control makes it one of the most valuable motorcycle in this segment.
